Apple is only catching up
I must say Im somewhat disapointed with the Apples announcement of the Iphone 4S. Most android phones already have a 1 gig processor, dual core, 8mp cameras etc. It seems Apple is playing catch up rather then doing something different. They are not even going to change the size of the phone which really frustrates me. It wont be thinner, probably not lighter but I bet it will be more expensive. Global version? Even if it is its nothing new to most phones these days. I'm talking about laser keyboards, live weather wallpapers! something cool, fun, exciting. All they did was catch up in the race for who has the best smartphone

I believe anyone to determine that is the person that has the phone..95% of people don't give an ish about the OS and just want something awesome without you shoving the phone down their neck to buy it.

I did do some more research on "Siri" and while I still think they should have redesigned the body, I am really impressed with how Siri works. It looks as if its a true personal assistant on your phone and whats nice is that you dont have to speak in "techy" terms, you can speak the way you normally do.

definitely cannot wait to try it out, looks very promising. Glad this was one of the features for the new phone. I heard about it about a week and half ago through a few sites, and am happy to hear it is actually real.

One problem... Android lags even with a good processor. It's a lot smoother than the first Android phones that came out but still not as smooth as the iPhone.
The only thing that has come out so far that operates as smoothly and instantly like iOS is the new Windows 7 OS...

WRONG.
I've got access to an iPhone 4G, and several Android 4G devices (Charge, Droid X, Bionic, Thunderbolt). The Thunderbolt and Bionic are every bit as fast and responsive as the iPhone. And they blow it away in regards to downloading content (streaming audio, video, webpages, etc) since they are 4G devices.
When I put the iPhone next to any of these other devices, the reality of how obsolete the iPhone is comes out.
