To be honest, the merger would really improve service for alot of customers. I know alot of people are concerned with the price of at&t service vs tmobile, and to be honest, they aren't much cheaper. I work for at&t and I have tmobile, and my bill is just as much as most of my customers, if not more. :/

Yet Sprint is correct as in AT&T can provide the coverage they claim they lack, by using the spectrum they have now. AT&T has more unused spectrum than any other provider in the US. Yet AT&T swears it needs T-Mobile to do provide the coverage they have been promising for years.

Your company has had the ability with their current spectrum holdings, to offer the coverage you say seems to be lacking.

Unfortunately, they've decided to sit pretty on iPhone sales and neglect their network. This creating lucrative profits for them and offering less to their subscribers.

Their sudden interest in Tmobile has nothing to do with lack of spectrum. They offered above market price to keep Tmobile out of the hands of a company that could have created a much more powerful level of competition.

Verizon AND AT&T have continue to outbid participants at spectrum auctions to lock down the industry. This is nothing new.

There are worse ideas. I mean, if AT&T and Verizon sought a merger THAT would be a worse idea. This one IS pretty high om the totem pole however.
