Normally I would agree, but it was NOT the only news organization that reported it. Hit up youtube for more. And you have to believe that Fox News were actually WARNING the criminals that make up its viewership.

To listen in on cell phone calls is no different from listening in on landline calls, it requires a warrant and court order...which requires probable cause, i.e. evidence that your phone calls may provide evidence about criminal activity.

You're giving the impression that the FBI has the authority to just randomly listen to the phone calls of anyone they want at any time they want for no reason whatever...that's so misleading it isn't even funny.

It's sad that anyone thinks the government doesn't pretty much do whatever it wants when it wants. I mean get real everyone! With all the secrets we are nothing but the children and they are the parents that will choose what they tell us and frankly most of you still believe in Santa Claus.

Hehe...

What's WEIRD is that Santa Clause was a real person, but we are taught that he was a figment of our imagination. But our money says "In God we trust"... This is a figment of our imagination that was turned into a real person...

I beg everyone not to take this as an invitation to get into another philosophical and metaphysical debate about the existence of God (or Santa Claus) on the internet. That is all.

It's not really that. It's an example of how twisted our society is. We don't believe in a real person called Santa Claus. Saint Nicklaus was a real life person who died in 343 AD. He even attended the Council of Nicea in 325 AD. There is no real reason to debate this. It's true.
But we believe what our pastors tell us about something we'll never see.

What can I say, we are all sheep that only believe what we are told to believe. Sadly in this day and age we don't have much choice either. We can do our best to stay abreast of the information but it is really up to the reader's determination on what to take as fact and what to label as fiction. I do love me some good fiction though so I continue to watch the news! hahahaha

You are wrong. They do not need a warrant. Anyone they see as a "threat" can be targeted. What you are confusing is the fact that they are not supposed to be able to use it against you in a court of law without a warrant. But that is no longer true either thanks to the patriot act. I bet you don't even know that Obama has REMOVED Miranda rights from "terror suspects". In other words, if you are being targeted, you have no rights.
