Let's Seize This Opportunity
Okay, to those of you who are against this merger. Here is a potential winner. We need to write this guy and convince him that his reservations are on point and that he should do the right thing and oppose this transaction. It is that simply. He has a gut feeling deep inside that this merger does not serve the public good. If one has to think that hard (market-by-market) then just don't do it.
...
Because if every rule or law was made by people's "gut feelings", we would live in a perfect utopia, right????

that isn't even close to his point. Go take some classes on reading comprehension

This guy is probably the only one with guts on the FCC to voice their concerns that really reflect how this will impact the public. Remember he was the only one who voted against the Comcast/NBC merger with some prophetic insight quoted below.
"...I searched in vain for the benefits (...) Pardon me, but a deal of this size should be expected to yield more than the limited benefits cited. (...)
In sum, this is simply too much, too big, too powerful, too lacking in benefits for American consumers and citizens.... "
...
you're winning
maybe even bi-winning
...
Shall I call you James or Captain?
