the blackberry app store set up. The one thing I used to get frustrated with when i had an android device was that it was so hard to find apps sometimes. I wasn't the user who wanted to download sounds boards, etc. I want stuff I can use for school and business so it was difficult sometimes.

Except with Android you don't have to reboot your phone every time a new App is installed 🤣

I think he was referring to the Blackberry.

It's true, though: everytime I d/l or update an app, I have to reboot my BB Curve 8520.

It's hella frustrating.

They really REALLY do.

It's even longer when the phone receives the white screen and the "app error 520-something" message, which means that you gotta reboot it again.

I think I'm just going to upgrade to an Android device; it's a lot less of a headache.

What carrier are you with? If your with Verizon wait til February when LTE smartphones hit the market. Dual core processors, front facing video calling camera, next year will be very, very exciting.

I'm with T-Mobile. I'm thinking of upgrading to the myTouch 4G.

That's a good choice. Personally I prefer the G2 with Tmo.

Yeah, the G2 is a great phone as well. The Z-hinge for the keyboard is a great feature, not to mention the clean and clear version of Android.

Yeah, it's a very solid feeling smartphone when holding it.

It's just nice to know that regular Android still exists without some stupid custom UI.

Blackberries that run 6.0 don't need to reboot when apps are installed, I have 52 apps installed on my Torch and did not need to reboot once...

I wish the Torch was on T-Mobile. I'd upgrade to that phone in a heartbeat.

I'm actually surprised that no OS 6.0 products have been released except for the Torch...and that no other products have been updated to 6.0 yet.

There are several devices that include OS 6.0:

The Blackberry Style
The Bold 9780

I'm not sure when they will roll out with the OS 6.0 update for the 9300/9330, though.
