Bias?

I've noticed a trend with 'news' articles using some odd wording showing a bit of bias.

I can understand the urge to write something sensational, but please, a title like 'Apple Bows to Developer Complaints' belongs more in a tech blog than it does a news site. Maybe even the forums would be more appropriate.

It's a pretty accurate title. Apple was being a little b!tch about the software tools developers used. I understand them not wanting to use flash IN their devices, but this move will make a whole lot of developers happy and keep more Apps coming for all the fanboys, like myself, to use!

"bowing to developer complaints" is exactly what Apple did. Developers complained about the new rules, and Apple relented.

There's nothing biased about it.

Everything is "biased" since it's subject to interpretation. Sadly modern "news" tends to bias quite heavily. Fortunately forums such as this help to regulate that bias.

I wouldn't say everything is bias. If you've read a news brief before, there isn't much room for bias because the story can only be a few sentences long. It's a simple stating of facts. PhoneScoop doesn't do much other than state facts about any particular story because they generally write breifs more than complete news stories.

It isn't 'bias' when that's exactly what Apple did.
