I'm not sure if this is the forum for this type of discussion.
Name calling is not going to solve our problems. As long as we continue to cast blame we will never do what it takes to solve anything.
People are generally smart. For example a bunch of high school graduates in the 18th century formed the greatest nation the world has seen.
When I assume that people who disagree with me are stupid I am displaying the most foolish kind of arrogance. The average person is smart enough to make society work without the help of politicians and media. Give us good information, let us roll up our sleeves and get it done.

Great Sarah Palin quote....

Things would be changing a lot more if the republicans didn't vote against any bill the democrats supported just to appease their base since its an election year.

I'd like to see a political strategy from the republicans that doesn't involve cutting taxes for people who already make more money than they really need.

Yes, I know that. It would also help if the democrats had some balls and actually unified their party's message and objectives as well as the republicans do.

Let me ask, why would an educated person vote for the republicans instead of the democrats? Give me some good examples maybe I'll change my mind.

The fault of the presidential leadership falls on two things.

1) Even if the President is one term, he is compensated with the best retirement and health care in the world for the rest of his life. There is no reason for a President to go above and beyond his duty. This makes it very easy for a Politician to lie just to get elected. There needs to be some incentive to prove he his worthy of a second term. This should also be trickled down to Senators and Governors as well.

2) We as people have the obligation to elect the individuals of choice based on the qualifications and our honest beliefs. Unfortunately, if a person is democratic or republican, they typically vote for their own party like it is a football team. This negates the po...

You think one man can change this whole country? You can't play the blame game on any one man(although he did take that on himself and people do tend to blame the prez). It took a LOT of money hungry soul-less currupt ****s to do this to our country and it's been happening for years, regardless of who has been in office. Anyways, the moral of this forum is that Hauwei is junk. At least that's what i've been hearing quite a bit lately, never tried it out though for myself so I don't know for sure.
