Nokia's flagship device with T-mobile 3G will be ready for prime time and able to handle their speed upgrade. Now let's hope they get many more apps...

It is basically running a desktop Linux distro, albeit one that's been slimmed down & optimized for the hardware. But there's already lots of apps available for Maemo, and relatively little work need be done to port even more from existing Linux versions.

I heard Maemo isn't set up to do MMS. True? Or False?

I know for a fact the N900 does not support mms. Neither does my Q9c. The way I get around it is sending an e-mail to the phone's e-mail address.

Thats ok, such criticisms are only pertinent to Apple and the iPhone? Oh and no capacitive touch either? Guess thats ok too.

Still all in all its a nice phone.

True, and you want to know the truth, I think the N900 is a fantastic phone, and no phone is perfect.

I just wanted to see the reaction from the head banging retards who constantly went on and one over MMS. Now all of a sudden, its not a big deal.
