Why do they feel the need...

I personally have yet to find a phone that feels better held to the ear than a regular landline phone (yes, I still have one). The slightly curved headset must be what does the trick for me. Many people use a bluetooth headset instead of suctioning their cell phone to the ear, so a square shape shouldn't matter much.

It's good to see carriers are picking up some of Nokia's uniquely designed phones. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that in time they will pick up Nokia's higher end phones (like the upcoming X3 and X6)!

I think the phone is very cute. Its something different. I think this phone is for a younger demographic(tween/teen).
