You can own spectrum without any documentation existing already?

Or if you have documentation saying you own it, you don't have to say what you are using it for?

So in other words, the government is terrible at keeping records and rather than dig into their already existing records (or getting them from the states/counties that use them) they are going to spend... I'm estimating millions of dollars creating a new system that they'll most likely forget about in a few years anyway.

Gotta love how careful they are with our money, right?

The FCC Universal Licensing system already exists.

But its use requires knowlege of wireless licensing well beyond that of most lay persons.

So as I said.. the system already exists, they just want to spend more money to create a different one because spending money is what they do best.

believe me, I believe the war was a waste as well.

But just because "the other guys" did it doesn't justify it. The cycle of "something doesn't work right, lets make a new one" seems to continue no matter what party is in power.

Are you implying that -- nearly 250 years ago -- motivation for war ago according to deceased decision makers is an appropriate parallel to contemporary policy according to recently deposed politicians?

I can respect that the Founding Fathers -- nearly 250 years ago -- thought that they were the direct descendants of "Adam & Eve" when "God" created the world a few thousand years ago.

However, you should ponder that what was deemed accurate & relevant 250 years ago may be neither accurate nor relevant today. More importantly, you should consider that there was no republic prior to the Revolutionary War, hence no domestic government...

Because the Obama administration is so great at fiscal responsibility? are you joking?

They put an AT&T exec in charge of GM, a raging racist was nominated for supreme court, and a $750billion bailout did nothing but destroy jobs and You have the audacity to say Obama is going to make a smart choice about the Telecommunication Industry?

Being a liberal is a mental disorder and you, AJ, are Nuckin Futz!
