No multi touch, so you can't do the pinch motion. You can slide your finger around the "D-Pad" in circular motions to zoom in and out of different applications and control music though, which is neat and a little less awkward than the iphone method IMHO.
It also has the motion sensor that can control some phone functions by moving the phone a certain way. For example, to ignore an incoming phone call you can just turn the phone over face down and back up...same motion as dumping out a glass of water sorta.

Yes, but there are limitations because it is using an adapted version of Windows Mobile. The iphone was purpose built for multi-touch from day 1
