i dont remember the whole story but it was something about making them against the law unless prorated or something like that but im not positive about what the acctual reason was

Depends, if they do you sneeze we extend, I can see the reason for the lawsuit. But for those who get something like a subsidized or free phone, I agree.

Because people want everything for free. There is this ahole lawyer in California who saw a lawsuit that he could make millions off of. The lawyer will receive anywhere from 5 to 6 million dollars for winning this case. So when the consumer starts paying $150 to $200 for the cheapest phone, there will be a lawsuit to bring back the etf's.

i dont think they can cause they are trying to get all cell companies to eliminate or decline on their ETF's. Thats why ATT has gone to a declining ETF for all new contracts

Sprint is trying to get the Federal Government to help out in this situation. If you read the articles about this, you will find the information. Don't listen to morons like CellularFanattic1 who think posting stuff in forums will make them cool.

well darn it crowewon you figured me out all i want to do was post something and talk about it to be cool. you know you are so smart to have figured that one out i should never post on this site again or you might put out the uncool factor on me and then noone will ever like me on here again.

And if i messed up some info my bad some people read things about something that are different than what other people read.

i think its cali state law. but it is still a sprint contract. i guess we can do a bogus change of address to cali then cancel 🙂

Verizon's lawsuit start with a 1 billion dollar payout but Verizon settle with 21 million. So what did Sprint do wrong to get a 73 Million pay out?
