AT&T, Frontline Join Verizon In Fighting FCC Auction Rules

It seems that all 3 companies have filed on different grounds, Verizon challenging the open access requirement, ATT challenging the public service requirement, and Frontline wanting cheaper access for small business.

It is looking like more and more of the major players are not happy with the auction setup. The FCC knows that this was a highly anticipated auction for the cell companies due to the building penetration of this frequency. That is why they tried to put all the stipulations on this auction and not on the AWS auction last year.

I think Verizon did not buy AWS because it was waiting on this auction.
