in Favor of T-Mobile / Sprint Merger
When it is all said and done, there goes competive price points down the abyss,.

In the interim, they have agreed not to raise prices. Long term might be a different story. However, this merger was necessary to keep at least one company afloat. Eventually, AT&T and Verizon would’ve squeezed both entities out of existence if they continued separately. In 2019, nobody wants to spend hundreds of dollars per month for a second-tier phone company. The MVNOs already have those customers at much better prices.

I am of the opinion that VZW and ATT are hemorrhaging customers to TM. is this not true?

You are ignorant Big 2 weren't aren't putting T-mo out of nothing T-mo makes money not anywhere near as much as those 2 but are profitable. They add over a million customers for the last idk how many quarters. Also, since ATT taking them over was denied what 6 years ago they have gained over 40 million customers. T-mo doesn't need Sprint a better merger would of been Dish. Less combined debt and Dish has stroves of spectrum they don't know what to do with.

Much of T-Mobile’s coverage is roaming agreements with AT&T, and Sprint’s is Verizon. T-Mobile won’t be able to sustain that level of growth for long without a competitive customer base supporting it. A Dish merger wouldn’t add towers or LTE coverage in areas they’re lacking.

I'm,mixed as a T-Mobile customer, having 4 major carriers is better, other options never surfaced like another large non mobile company taking Sprint over and investing.
On the other side, T-Mobile implementing 2100 5g network would be far better than other implantation while not as good as lower frequencies its penetration and range are better than what would be used now.
