Merge with Dish. Dish has stalled on finally starting to plan spectrum build out. Where as T-mobile over last couple of years have built out fast. Why not just merge with Dish they have a lot of mid band spectrum and nationwide satellite also would of made more sense. Deusteche Telecom could of done reverse merger again like they did with Metro Pcs. DT's t-mo stake is 66 percent should of just gave Dish shareholders 20 percent of combined company and that's that and DT would of maintained majority ownership still thus calling final shots.

If a merger does happen with Dish, im sure the Sat dish service will still exist but primary focus will be on the Sling service and its added benefits. You hit the nail on the head with all that spectrum though. It could become very valuable when 5g when it is finally defined and rolled out. All these streaming type TV services will depend on it.
