I think it's clear to see they were going for that iPod type of design. This phone does seem to lack that iPod charm though.

yeah, and that makes me sad because i HAVE an ipod (which rocks by the way) so i wouldnt need any external controls 🙄 still looks cool anyways

Actually they're silently secretly replacing all the independant devices w/ all inclusive phones. ie: soon no digi cameras, no MP3 players, etc. They will be rendered obsolete because of integration w/ wireless phones. Next will be the 'death ray' the Japanese were working on during WWII. Also I heard something about expresso maker phones & garage door opening phones... Actually on a serious note, I can guarantee Sprint will be the first to have a phone that can remotely reconfig your DVR unit at home.

No, actually, there's already a phone on the market that can do that. With a T-Mobile MDA and a Slingbox, you can control your cable box from anywhere you have a data connection: watch tv, change your DVR settings, watch recorded programming.

No hot spot necessary with the MDA and EDGE, either. 🙄 I've watched CSI on it, I've heard my regional play his Sirius radio through it... *shrug*
