Contacts not customizable

I have found that I cannot set my contacts by last name. In fact I have found NO way of making any changes to the way they are set up. Any suggestions folks??

Okay so call me stupid!! Found out that you have to actually go under the contacts logo to change the settings. All other phones that I have had in the past it was accessible under the phone settings.

Hey, we've all been there, figuring you spent close to $900 for the phone, I can see where I'd get upset if I couldn't find a common feature. Good luck. Maybe I will pull the trigger.
