Iphone SE?

The article mentions the 6(s)(+) line of iphones but not the new SE, is that a deliberate omission?

I would suppose that since the iPhone 6SE is not available for immediate purchase today, it was not included in the list for the update. WiFi calling will probably be available at launch for the iPhone 6SE.
