I was offered $650 per phone to switch from Sprint. I ported two lines and after a month and a half, they denied my reimbursement, they claimed that I already got paid on those numbers from the past. Their ad NEVER said anytime about that.
Now I'm stuck owing Sprint over $1,300.00
Thanks T-Mobile for not being honest.

T-mobile offers a reimbursement of what it costs you to switch over, but at the end of the day you're responsible for paying the other carrier what you owe them for switching. T-Mobile gave me like $500 in bill credits for trading in my verizon phones when I switched (basically free service for 3 months) and two months later I received a prepaid Visa car with $1200, I actually made money on the deal because I only had to pay Verizon $900 for the phones that I traded in. I really don't know what people are doing wrong here.

How is that in any way related to the OP's experience? Why not post YOUR experience on a new thread?
