Too bad greedy Google immediately sold Mototola to a foreign company. I'm sure they needed the money. Little by little we own and manufacture less. It won't be long. Goodbye Motorola. I guess hello Sushiola.

I think google bought Motorola just to get the patents from it... and then sell off the rest. Motorola still exists but phone division is phased out just like Nokia. Besides, the smartphone market is flooded with so many competitions, time to move on.

"Time to move on" that's all you can say? Motorola invented the cell phone. It's a brand that's been around for over 50 years. Now it's time to move on from Motorola to great brand names like ZTE, Huawei, Alcatel, Lenevo and all the other "iconic" Chinese name brands.

Yeah Conway, this is another example of greedy corporate pirates raiding a company to loot their goods, then sell off the remaining carcass. Google needed the money badly. They only are worth like $200 billion, so I'm sure they were jonesing for money. After all, they have to pay their 3% tax bill to the government, so I'm sure they really needed the money.

Yea, I'm sure this fits right in with Google's, "Do no harm" mantra. They're becoming quite the hypocritical company these days.
