This is a plan to screw over customers

I can't believe this was allowed to happen- essentially, they just raised everyone who isn't on their BS 'Next' plans by $30.00 a month, since it no longer includes a device subsidy.

without phone subsidy, i might as well switch to Verizon.

verizon doesn't have subsidy either... either finance the phone or pay it out right... I just paid my wife phone out right, I can't stand financing.

You and I rarely agree. But we certainly agree this time. I've hated the cellular market ever since it started moving away from subsidized devices. Ultimately, we have the un-carrier to thank for this.
