Right, but only offered on their EVDO network, not their 1x network, and only worked from a Sprint device TO a Sprint device. Sprint still lacks VoLTE, and inter-carrier HD voice as well.

VoLTE is a whole new level of HD. The clarity is way better than Sprints 2G HD.

Just because AT&T is 3 year behind on that. I have had 800MHZ HD LTE voice since April 2013. Sounds like the person is standing right beside you. Never mind Sprint's 199 network awards this year and just announced yesterday 1st overall in Houston and Verizon dead and AT&T next to last. last overall by Rootmetrics

How did you manage that? Sprint doesn't have VoLTE yet. What do you mean by HD LTE?

There are many things about Sprint's service that I hate. HD voice is not one of them. It works REALLY well.
