Verizon Revamps Plans, Offering S, M, L, and XL Sizes

Verizon is not showing leadership in the face of competition.
T-Mobile started the "no contract" , "payment plan for your device" deals.
Now , Verizon is just following along.

Not true. The no contract option has always been there. '

The fact of the matter is subsidized cell phones are expensive fore cellco to maintain, The FACT the point of the 2yr contract was to help the company recoup he cost of subsidized equipment.

You could always come in and set up lines of service without a 2yr agreement with your own equipment or a full retail priced phone.

The only thing new here is IMO is that companies are itemizing what your paying for instead of covering your "phone cost" into an inflated calling rate plan that never got less expensive over time,

In the new structure once our phone is paid off...whenever you choose to pay if off or at the end of 24 mnths your bill gets cheaper.

Or if you buy the phon...
