We talking about, I just commented earlier about this, if they don't make Dish to pay the new ruling it's just BS

I guess they have to spend $3.3 billion or what ever it is more if they want the spectrum. I just don't understand, set up shill corporations to defraud the goverment out of billions, and nobody goes to jail?

You can't make rules after the fact. The fact is that what Dish what did was legal under the rules that existed at the time of the auction. Now, the government was to retroactively declare it illegal. That is total BS. You can't change the rules after the game has been played.

VZW and AT&T have no intentions of allowing anybody to gett close in creating completion for either one. Over the last 10 years, the two descendants of the AT&T monopoly years ago, have worked as a cartel to lock up the industry. If VZW and AT&T felt they could merge, they would do so. This is the next best thing. Money is no option as they have unlimited access to it. They're pissed because they didn't expect Dish to upper cut a punch to the jaw.
