I cant believe you can sue someone for buying there phone. your buying a google Phone ! what do you think is gonna be there search engine , your complaining about not being able to use bing then go buy a nokia then. oh wait there market is not that amazing on software thats why, get out of here you broke people

If your not smart enough to use your android's play store whats your doing buying one. Perhaps you should stick with your Samsung A157.

I agree that the lawsuit is stupid, but nevertheless Microsoft WAS sued already for bundling Internet Explorer with Windows and making it the default browser, despite the fact that it is not at all difficult to install and alternate browser and make that the default., In the European Union, Microsoft has even been forced to offer Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari when a customer sets up a new install of Windows. That is even more stupid than this.

So I guess what's good for the goose etc etc etc
