Well maybe if the iPhone offered an SD card you wouldn't have to spend an extra $200 for 48GB extra storage. A 64GB SD card is less than $30. $30 is a lot cheaper than $200.

What doesn't work for your works well for many. And I love glue people complain about promotions. They could do no trade in promotion and have you pay full price. Verizon isn't known for giving away the house, so this is a big deal.

16GB is more than enough if you have an SD card slot for external storage.
And before anyone says 'I don't need external storage I use the cloud' I am betting that the celebrities who had nude photos that were stored on iCloud leaked are wishing right now that the iPhone had an SD card slot. Sorry, but I don't trust the cloud, and i don't think I ever will.
