The FCC cant levy fines against companies that break the rules? And really the fine is so low it would be like a Cop fining you $5 for ignoring a crosswalk signal. And probably just as much of a deterrent.

For making them work so much this year, I mean they've had to think about some decisions and talk about some decisions and then make some decisions.
Their time is valuable T-Mobile, don't take these damages as punitive, but let them be a lesson to you.
Don't waste the Man's time.
