AT&T Intros Online Ordering with In-Store Pickup
This has literally been an option for over two years
Not everywhere to start, but for the last several months to a year, yes, it has been. It was available everywhere before the iPhone 5S launch, but disabled for the iPhone 5S because of demand.

thats different because they were out of stock, that was the only phone like that and there was no option to pick it up in a store if ordering it online
