Microsoft Releases Developer Preview of Windows Phone 8.1

Okay, having a bit of a geek moment. I've been playing with my phone all day. This is a very nice update. Features like, Cortona, notification center, file downloads, more control over volume, the ability to migrate apps to SD, and other little tidbits make an already enjoyable OS feel more complete.
