Pathetic pricing....why they even bother?

$60 from one of the Big 3 for unlimited talk, text, and a bucket of data? Seems pretty cheap to me. Certainly you'd be better off with one of AT&T's MVNO's like Pure Talk. That said, there is a large part of the population that wants the phone to read "AT&T."

I have Straight Talk on ATT. Because I am an MVNO, I have always suffered with getting booted off their network. The only think that kept me on it was the previous data and pricing tier. Now that they have come down and added more data, guess who will be switching... that's right, me.

I agree their prices are not attractive at all considering that other services offer unlimited data for $45, $55, $70. I thought about ATT Go phone service once to be able to use LTE. But recently my carrier just launched LTE everywhere I am at for 90% of the time so I stayed and now have unlimited data with included hot spot capability I love having 24mbps speeds 😁 has given me a new found love for my phone :3

KOL4420, the problem is that if you're like me, MetroPCS and TMO, the two best priced carriers around here, have EXTREMELY limited coverage by comparison. In-town, I'm good. If I venture about 10 miles in any direction, I'm running Edge data and one bar of 2G voice (if I'm lucky). AT&T doesn't have that issue.
It's all about what you're willing to trade for in a given service area. You may not have these issues, but a lot of people do.

Well, the $25 dollar plan sounds good to me. I have kids that need and want cell phones. For $75, that's not a bad deal. They don't need data, when they can connect to tons of free WiFi in my area. All they do is text anyway.
