stop whining about everyone else.
stop firing off letters to DOJ, FCC, Etc.
Just compete! build out a network capable of more than 1meg downlink, build a network that can deliver a text message.

Problem is, what you stated "innovate vs. Litigate" applies more to Apple or from a carrier stand point AT&T a company that would block consumer apps and penalize consumers who use too much data as opposed to investment into development and network build out as Sprint has by dumping billions on top of billions into Clear(wire) with little in return other than broken promises and default on a corporate loan extended by Sprint to Clear(wire).

Dish has no business in this PRIVATE matter. Its an illegal offer through and through. At this point Sprint is a creditor making a recovery effort on a bad debt.

No worries Tmobile aint doing any better with their service that doesnt work inside buildings unless you have WiFi. HAHAHAHA.
