Sprint's investment in Clear (wire) well excedes the 51% stakehold.

Again, Clear(wire)'s inability to meet their contractual fiscal corporate responsibility to Sprint not only failing to meet the minmum payments as agreed but their inability to even meet their interest payments is inexcusable.

Sorry Dish, this isnt a corporate buy out that Sprint is offering its a repossession and eviction.

The other investors need to take Sprint's offer of the $3.40 per share as it is far more than what they would of received without Sprint sinking a deluge of capital into Clear(wire) otherwise without Sprint they would of gone bankrupt.

This has become a big mess and Sprint is getting played by Clear. This always happens to Sprint.

Agreed, I am glad Sprint slammed Dish, this is ridiculous. I wonder how this now effects Sprint reviewing Dish networks offer to buy Sprint. The sooner they reject the offer, the better.

haha. I have a feeling that it will all be set and done soon Softbank will be the winner in the bid and clear will accept Sprints buy out offer. Just because Dish's offer has more money on the Tablet those additional terms are whats going to ruin it.

Perhaps they forgot to take into consideration the fact that Sprint owns the majority of shares and the majority vote in clearwire stock. Hahahaha. I kinda like this wireless network drama thats going on makes it interesting although it is kinda predictable what is going to happen. 😛

Dish is just running up the money Sprint and Softbank are going to have to pay on Clear which is a win for Clear investors. Or Clear can accept Dish offer and then Sprint and Dish can be partners.

Sprint and Dish become partners?! 🤣

Good one!

That'll never happen.. Sprint will fight tooth and nail for this. They want and deserve Clearwire. Even if they were partners, would it be a good partnership for both companies and for the consumer? Probably not.
