It would ne nice to have a breakdown of which bands and what schemes are going to be covered by this device. It's hard to pre-order when it is impossible to know if it is going to do any better than GSM/GPRS with a particular carrier.

I love my N900, which runs on Maemo, a predecessor of the Sailfish OS so I'm interested but Band IV AWS WCDMA has to be covered to help me since I am on T-Mobile in a smaller market.

Perhaps the final specs and details are still not determined. If you are interested then you can show your support with "no money down". Since Nokia's N9 was pentaband 3G perhaps they will do the same but european and asian LTE frequencies are different than in the USA.
