Softbank is urging Sprint's shareholders to approve the deal. What were they supposed to do?? Tell them not to accept the offer? 🤨

Isn't there some rule that a foreign company can't own a certain % of a U.S. telecom company? Softbank is looking to own a 70% stake in Sprint, good chunk of the company.

Rule, not sure. As far as buying out Clear they are in the process. The SEC approved it so they are still waiting on the investors to approve the deal then they can get the ball rolling a lot of things happening at once. 😳

Verizon and ATT both hog spectrum as well.

In addition, according to the FCC's website, Sprint is only utilizing about 50% of its total licenses whereas ATT is utilizing almost 65%? Likewise, Verizon has slightly more licenses than ATT and a higher percent of activity. Not to favor either company, simply to say that this particular claim I would like to see supported.
