It seems like Samsung ended up with a ton of old galaxy 2 parts, and decided not to let them go to waste... the new version of the Galaxy SII, these 2 phones... not exactly low end as far as smartphones go at all, but the specs seem dated... Aside from the enormous screen, of course.

The phones are powerhouses! You don't NEED a 1.9ghz quad core processor. The GS II is a very quick phone, still very compotent, and still very relevant to todays needs. Thats the 2, not the 3 or the upcoming 4. There are still brand new phones that are made that don't even come close to the Galaxy S II. The specs of these new devices are great as far as I'm concerned.
