not just iphones. any phone with 1900mhz 3g capability. including many android phones.

Really what they should have said was that AT&T phones now work in 10 cities.

Why? Did AT&T only have coverage in nine cities before?

Pardon, they should have said AT&T phones now work on T-Mobile's network in 10 cities. As, unless I've read wrong, its all phones working on 1900MHz HSPA+ rather than T-Mobile's normal 1700, not just the iPhone.

Granted, the intention probably IS more to facilitate people migrating with their iPhone to the T-Mobile network, but it would also allow, say, the Lumia 920 or the One X to run "4G" speeds as well.
