Let's make this perfectly clear: Apple does NOT lose sales because of search bars on home screens, or slide to unlock interfaces.
I think it's asinine that you can patient some of the things that are patented - it actually seems like a shady way of getting money out of people/companies.
Find me one person in this world who literally was swayed away from the iPhone due to the trivial things Apple claims - Yes, they may be patient infringements - but they shouldn't be allowed to even patient those things to begin with.

I find it funny they decide to file suit against Samsung, but not against other companies that are using the exact same concept in their phones. I'd be more in their favor if they weren't picking and choosing only to block phones they see as a threat. If people are catching up then re-invent yourself instead of putting out the exact same phone for the last x years.
