that page was not there when the phone was first for sale. it's a reaction to all the sites (like this) or even the WSJ article blasting the misleading sales pitch from VZW.
saying that page is there now and that people should cope is like laughing at everyone that got cancer from asbestos before they know the hazards. you can not base your argument on things that did not exist a few months ago.

How many V710's do you think have been sold and complained about since that post was put up? I'd bet alot of them. So yes, I can base my argument on that. Not when it pertains to the people who bought the phone prior to the FAQ being there, but as for the ones after, that's a different story. Thanks.
