When was the last Nokia launch with AT&T? The E71 right? Anyone remember that one? This cannot be good for the big Finn Nokia.

Would at&t ever offer it's customers a $100.00 credit because of network problems? Hell No!

They are DEFINATELY putting the customer first with this offer. Who cares if this is their flagship device, or that they are having problems?

Any reasonable person (not you) would forgive them for this problem quite quickly, and take the $100.00 and be happy.

Did LG offer G2x users an additional rebate becuase of that piece of junk's problems? No way.

Haters will hate, I guess.

Back in the day I had a Pontiac Grand AM with the god awful quad-4 engine. One day my engine decided to dump it's coolant on the drive home and the block melted. Pontiac gave me a new Engine for $0.00 even though many of the compon...

Keep in mind that this $100 rebate is on a phone selling for $99 with contract, so basically they are offering the phone free with contract, even if you haven't experienced any problems....it is insanely generous to offer a high end smartphone free with contract right out of the gate...and again it is being offered even to customers who have NOT experienced this problem....

Relax guy this happens to all phones. iPhone 4 and 4s and most of the current Android phones.

I wish this phone was on my carrier I would switch to it in a heatbeat. 😁

At least they are doing something about it. The Focus Flash comes to mind as a comparison. Ongoing issues with freezing, fully software related. Where's Samsung stepping up with a credit? Hell, they didn't even acknowledge the issue.
