I thought Sprint was using LTE on the 800mhz band not 1900?

It is launching on 1900 but when iDEN is shut down, it is incorporating it into the Network Vision model, so LTE will run off 800 as well.

Will it make a difference in performance which spectrum it is on - 1900 or 800?

Does it aggregate the two spectrum for max bandwidth or is your server service dependent on the spectrum in your area?

(Just a noob trying to use the language of the subject matter. That is the extent of my technical prowess in this field.)

Sprint is launching LTE on 1900 MHz first. It will expand to 800 later on.
