May or may not mean anything but nice to see someone is trying to scold greedy big red.....
Does this mean that if you have a family plan with Verizon and subscribe to (let's say) 10 GB of Data and you have 4 phones and use 8 GB that you will be throttled because you are over 4.8 GB.....or

of your 4 phones 3 use 1 GB but the 4th uses 5GB ...

Awesome

For eight years I was forced to pay for unlimited data in phones which did not even support basic Internet. Nice to see Verizon putting the screws to its customers as usual. Evil *Bleeping* *Bleepards*.
