The Samsung Focus takes the best parts of Samsung's Galaxy S hardware and drops the new Windows Phone 7 OS into the mix. The phone is a classy, thin touchscreen, eschewing the sliding keyboards and gimmicks of the other Windows Phones hitting the market. But with Xbox Live tiles and a focus on friends, is this still a phone business users can get behind?

Samsung today announced the Galaxy Fold, the company's first commercial phone with a flexible display that folds in half. Folded, it resembles a thick smartphone with 4.6-inch HD Super AMOLED display; unfolded, it approximates a tablet in size and form factor, with a 7.3" "Infinity Flex" Dynamic AMOLED display.

AT&T has indicated through its forums that it will provide a system update for its Windows Phone devices (including the HTC Titan, Samsung Focus and others) at some point in the coming months. For reasons unknown, AT&T has not distributed the 8107 system update.

Microsoft announced recently that it and AT&T are delivering the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update to Samsung Focus smartphones that shipped with firmware version 1.4. The update should appear on user devices soon.

I'd honestly pay just about anything to have a full featured Excel creator/editor on my phone/tablet.
Oh well. The Macbook Air is in the mail, hopefully its just as portable as my iPad. (sorry, I'm really not trying to plug the Air, I'm just so damn excited to get it!!!)
