for the Samsung SGH-D800:NO GOOD PHONE
I have been using this model for almost one year. Cingular had replaced this phone twice. 2 phones in 6 months???? No good phone.

for the Samsung SGH-D807 / D806:I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE
I have this cell pone less than a year. Is my second phone in 6 months. This phone have many defects.
