Have four of these
My carrier is NET10, and we are using the four-line Family Plan. Pros: Good reception, hasn't dropped a call yet. Some of the apps are quite useful, like the navigation app. Got these for $65 on Ebay. Family Plan is $170 a month for four lines of unlimited everything. Cons: Needs more internal memory. Also need to be able to delete apps I don't use, like Twitter.. Need to be able to move some of the apps ...
Well - it's OK
Pros: 1. Quad-band reception. If I can help it, I'll never own another dual-band phone again. 2. 16GB SDHC capacity. Makes a pretty good MP3 player, especially when you hook it up to the computer using the supplied USB cable. 3. The camera's not too bad for a 3MP. Of course, if I have something I want to take a picture of bad enough, I do have an 8.2MP digital camera. This phone's camera is an acceptable substitute ...
Washed TWICE and still working...
Bought this as a refurb Go Phone for my daughter. Pros: 1. As noted in the title of this review, this phone has been washed twice and is still working. 2. The quad-band roaming. My daughter has asthma and needs to get hold of us if she's having problems. 3. From the pictures she's taken with it, the camera must be pretty good, at least for a cell phone camera. 4. Decent display 5. My daughter likes the MP3 player. Cons: 1. TINY keyboard, ...
Not too bad
Got two of these, a pink one for my wife and a black one for myself. Previous phones were Moto V190s. Pros: Good quad-band reception. Vibrates better than the Moto. Bluetooth, something the Moto didn't have. Good looks and keyboard feel. Like the speed-dialing and keyboard locking feature. The theme with the moving hot-air balloon is awesome! The Galaxy Balls game is addictive. Cons: Needs louder ringtones. My wife is especially critical here, she has to go with the ringtone that sounds like a old-fashioned phone ringing. ...
Works good for me...
Got two of these phones as Cingular Go Phones (we hate contracts), and gave our old Nokia 6340s to the kids Pros: Quad-Band - Who'd ever have thought you could get this on a $60 phone? Works much better in places the Nokias never did. P.S. - The PAYG coverage map on the Cingular site assumes a dual-band phone. Wonder what it's like with a quad? Speakerphone External display - so you can see who's calling before ...
