Great Verizon Phone
I have owned this phone for 3 weeks now. I got it as an upgrade through CSR because the store was out of stock. PROS: - large screens - QWERTY - loud speakers - fast menu - more inbox space - ability to change fonts - html browser (well, half html) - mobile tv (though i don't have the service) - good camera - thin - touch screen - loud ringers - strong vibrate CONS: - touch screen sometimes not responsive - browser doesn't display some web pages right (www.twitter.com) or lags - no flash on ...

Amazing Phone (k790a)
Been using this phone for about a week now. Pros: - Large, crisp screen. Beautiful resolution - 3.2 MP camera is amazing. With Cyber-Shot technology, this phone/cam can take amazing pictures. - Menu is extremely fast - Very nice design for a cyber-shot phone - Lens cover - great reception (Cerritos, CA) - T9 is great (though i had to add a lot of words in and usually the word i want isn't the first one so i need to scroll) - Keypad is nice and soft - Music ...

Very good VZW phone
Had this for a few months when I started my VZW contract last year, before I tried out more phones (this phone is now my mom's, family plan) Pros: - Keyboard - Resolution - Fast menu - Internet is fast with EVDO, keyboard makes it so much easier. - Call quality excellent reception fantastic (Cerritos, CA) - Call volume is very good, speakerphone is loud and clear. - Music player is great Cons: - Keyboard can leave marks on the inner screen - Big and bulky - Camera was decent except ...

for the BlackBerry Pearl 8100:
A Nice Blackberry for the average consumer
I had this phone for a short while, and my time with it was very good from what I remember. Pros: - SureType. Never really had to look at the screen when typing a message. - Customizable. You could make every shortcut button what you want it to be. - Size. A very small size for a Blackberry, makes it attractive to those that don't need it for work (like me). - Trackball is awesome. - Internet was pretty good. I never had a Windows ...

for the Sharp Hiptop 3 / Sidekick 3:
Only good if . . .
I used this for 5 months and then wanted something else (got a RIZR Z3) but here's my experience with it. Pros: - Instant messaging program cannot be beat. - Very good for multitasking. - Not watered down web pages, though it's not exactly Windows Mobile either. - Great keyboard for texting, email, IM. - Customizable with themes Cons: - Camera SUCKS - Too big and clunky - Internet was slow - Battery life was not good - Music Player is not good from others I have used - Connection always failed ...

for the Motorola RIZR Z3:
One of T Mobile's good phones
Pros: - rubberized feel, build is very solid - Camera is pretty good from what I've experienced. 2 MP and the flash is excellent. See all the pictures I've taken with my RIZR and see for yourself ( www.flickr.com/photos/christyxcore ) - Slider is more solid than other sliders (like the Chocolate from Verizon which I stil use) - Reception is pretty good for where I am, in Cerritos, CA. Not as good as Nokias I hear, though. - Easy to navigate (if you've ever ...

for the LG VX-8500 Chocolate:
Not that great
Pros: - looks cool - flash UI - good mp3 player Cons: - battery is horrible (could have been just mine, but I could barely talk on it without having the battery die. Had to buy an extended battery and now it works fine.) - camera quality is not good compared to other 1.3 megapixel phones (like the 8300 for example) - heat sensitive touch buttons can be very annoying - keypad is very small - fingerprint magnet (the original is the one i have) It isn't really one ...

for the LG VX-8300:
Best Verizon Has to Offer.
This is my second phone with Verizon, my first (and still using) being the 9800. I like both equally, but there are so many good things about this phone. Pros: - Customizable interface (major improvement over the red bars and standard boring Verizon UI) - Gunmetal color and design is excellent - Sharp main screen - Great call clarity - Great reception (in SoCal, Cerritos) - Ringtones are loud - Large, roomy keypad. Keys are raised to allow better feel - Easy access to speakerphone - Nice to be ...
