Great edition to the BB family!!
People writing about needing a t-mobile router to use the wi-fi are off base. I use the Wifi for web surfing everywhere I go, it's free, faster, and I use Opera mini as my browser(a lot better/powerful browser and free), never have an issue. For those huffing anf puffing about GPS, Garmin makes a portable Bluetooth mobile puck($119). I had so many issues with reception and call quality form Motorola and especially Samsung I went back to BB ...
Love Nokia
I have had this phone for about a month, since switching fom at&t horrible customer care to T-Mobile. I have been in the wireless industry for years. There a lot of great features in this phone. I had A Moto V3xx with at&t and that was constructed in typical Moto fashion...Horrid!!! Pros: 1. The A2DP(stereo bluetooth) has the best range of any Capable phone before, even auto starts when connected. 2. Battery life has been great, thus far. 3. Price ...
give it time, it WILL crush your love of it...

AARRGGHH!
Used a treo for a month and had enough device freezing and locking to drive me insane. Software updates are worthless, and support non existant! Palm operating system is going the way of the do-do. probably why handspring switched O/S. I am going to the Blackberry. I am a wireless dealer and seen these issues plus too many to list. PROS: NONE!!! CONS: EVERYTHING!!!
Homerun for RIM!
RIM has taken found the happy medium between the size of the 7100 series and the old bulky 7700 series(and older), now throw in an intel processor, and BAM! Great sound, great screen, great speed(including EDGE). People forget this is a business device sometimes with these reviews, as far as the customizing of the phone. If I am meeting with clients or partners do I really want my blackberry blazing "until the day I die...", no. PROS: Blackberry e-mail client!!!!!!!! EDGE Bluetooth size screen ...
