for the Samsung SGH-T629:
Nice Phone So Far
Just received the phone 3 days ago. First impressions are pretty good. Build quality is very good, display is stunning, and the voice recognition is something Samsung finally added. The weak points are the low volume when using the speaker phone and MP3 player. No included TransFlash memory, or data cable. You can't upload Mp3's directly to the phone, they must be loaded to Memory card. So your out of luck unless you spend another 30 bucks or so. ...

for the Motorola V600:
EXCELLENT
One of the best phones out there. I am hard pressed to find anything that could replace my V600. Style, function, durability, and excellent battery life. I have tried 4 different phones for possible replacement, the Samsung T809, the Motorola SLVR, the PEBL, and Motorola V360. For whats it worth not one of mentioned phones came close in performence, usability, and battery life. PROS Everything CONS None

for the Motorola PEBL U6:
Nice, but more of gimmick than function
I trialed the PEBL for a week before sending it back also. A nice solid Motorola phone with all the standard Moto menus and functions. The adaptive voice dialing although a nice feature, was pretty unreliable to say the least. I also found the flip mechanism for opening, more of a gimmick than a useful function. In fact it's difficult to open! The front panel monchrome display was disapointing. It's a full color world at these prices. PROS Small compact design Bluetooth Adaptive ...

The only disapointment is the small size of the display. PROS Well Built Great call quality. Sleek attractive design. Bluetooth Voice Dial Excellent Battery life CONS Small Screenar Size Keypad is difficult to use.

for the Samsung SGH-T809 / SGH-D820:
Nice, but disapointing for the money.
After less than a week of use, I had to return the phone. I loved it, but couldn't live with it's shortcomings. A phone in this class without voice dialing is DISAPOINTING. The cumbersome interaction between phone functions of answering/placing a call when using a bluetooth headset is also disapointing. PROS: Stunning Design and very good to look at. I loved it! Stunning Display Great PC software, although no sync Great call quality. Excellent phonebook functions allowing multiple numbers to be stored per contact. CONS Poor ...
