for the Samsung Epix i907:
perfect for what I need
I upgraded to the Epix from my HTC 8525. What an improvement! The 8525 was a fine pda--but really a lousy phone. The Epix is a fine pda AND a fine phone! Best Pros: Battery life. Others may complain, but when you're used to 1/2 to 3/4 of a day of battery life, getting a whole day of talk (on bluetooth) and data is awesome! Signal strength. I have ATT and this thing ...

for the HTC TyTN / 8525 / JasJam (Hermes):
ahhh...so much better than my Treo 700w
Got it a week ago, and I still can't stop playing. I switched from VZW to ATT (ATT service coverage is MUCH better in my city)...also, ATT didn't disable the WiFi like VZW did for my Treo. Pros: Large screen is beautiful Processor is fast Voice and call quality excellent Camera is amazingly good! Lots of features Zero problems w/Active Sync (unlike my Treo) Easy to use email, messaging Scroll dial (no wonder folks love this on blackberry!) Side sliding keyboard-big keys, fewer mistakes Instant landscape when ...

for the Motorola RAZR V3m:
Excellent
I broke my Nokia 6255, and decided to get the Red Razr after a friend raved about his. I'm very impressed so far. I had returned a V3c before, due to slipping key pad, and echo in earpiece. I also didn't like that the V3c did not have expandable memory. So far, besides the V3m Red being beautiful, it's has had none of the problems of the V3c, and now has a trans flash slot. ...

for the Palm Treo 700w / 700wx:
annoying glitches, enough to drive you crazy
Pros: battery life is excellent, even w/bluetooth broadband internet great, IF I get reception one hand functionality easy to use interface keypad makes few mistakes decent screen sd slot wireless sync a breeze OK voice quality Cons: Lousy reception through verizon weak antenna, many, many dropped calls Voice dialing "hiccups" and misdials too often unit locks up regularly too little memory bluetooth fails to connect regularly active sync 4.1 troubleshooting is a herculean chore crummy speaker phone This is a complaint review. See other reviews for the cool features of the 700w. IF Verizon's service was decent, ...

for the Motorola RAZR V3c:
OK phone, but I expected outstanding
The Razr is surely a beautiful looking thing...if a gorgeous phone is what you want. Pros: Elegant styling Beautiful screen Lots of Memory Bluetooth sold on US Cellular Reception good on US Cellular Decent speakerphone Cons: Buggy-locked up, keys didn't always respond Camera takes poor quality pictures No expansion card slot Battery life Earpiece echos in calls No expanded battery available Keypad started to "slip" after a few days of use Accessories from other motos don't fit this phone I can't say this phone is a dog, because it isn't. It's a supremely ...

for the Nokia 6255i / 6256i:
Good phone, decent camera, nice features
I traded in my Motorola V710 for this phone out of pure frustration with the V710's bugs and awful camera. I miss some of the 710's features (mostly the voice dialing software), but overall, I'm glad I made the switch. It's a fun, multi-functional, easy to use phone! Pros: Decent sound quality Good reception (but not excellent, as promised) Surprisingly good VGA camera Solid, easy to use blue-tooth MP3 player/expansion slot Speaker-phone Volume adjustments are great Big, easy to use buttons Easy to use data transfer ...
