for the LG VX-8300:Looooving it!
Really love it... great sound, great functionality, great customization features, great reception, fast UI... I still think it looks like the spaceship the 8100 was, but much nicer to hold and thankfully not blue. Most of the pros have been listed, so I'll just leave it as AWESOME! Finally one I'm going to keep after going through the LG8100, Razr, Samsung A-970 and A-930 all in the past 6 months.

for the Samsung SCH-A930:"Okay"... but returning it
I like the look and love the feel in my palm. I wanted a small phone that had Bluetooth, which is hard to find from Verizon these days. The inner display is good, the numbers are nice and easy... the reception is excellent a coupla hours outside of Boston. BUT, I'm returning it. for the Samsung SCH-A970:Incredible Phone!!
I love this phone!!! I just tried the LG 8100 and returned it... then tried the Razr and returned that. I could give you a million reasons why people are going to be returning Razrs, but anyway.... This phone is not nearly as big as you first think it is. It feels great in the hand, and the narrowness of it helps with ease of using one hand around all the keys. for the LG VX-8100:I just wanna phone...
MP3 and Video? First of all, too much real estate - the phone is huge and ugly. I understand that some people just want more gadgets... but the MP3, if it can be listened to with headphones, maybe (if you spend more money to get the card, but you probably already own an iPod anyway)..... but video?
