for the HTC 3125 / Smartflip / 8500 (Star Trek):owned this phone for about 6 months
This is the most underrated phone I've ever seen. At first I wasn't impressed with the size or the looks...but as I compared it to what else was out there offering the same features, it started looking better and better. If you do a side by side comparison, using this site's comparison tool, with the Motorola V3XX, this phone comes out ahead, including lighter weight and longer talk time. for the Pantech PG-C300 / C3:I'm keeping it!
I bought this mainly out of curiosity, but I love the small size and weight so much, I'm keeping it and selling my Nokia 6682 (which was overkill for me, but had a great camera!). What good is a smartphone if it's so heavy you never take it anywhere with you? pros: super lightweight, can string a clip on it and clip it anywhere on your body and not feel it good sound quality for ringtones and keypresses very strong vibrate mode reasonable ...

for the Nokia 5140 / 5140i:good rugged phone
I wanted a series 40 Nokia bar phone with the ability to play mp3 ringtones, and that's exactly what this is. I also like the speakerphone's loudness, much better than other non-Nokia phones I've owned. I don't need the compass, but it seems to work fine; the flashlight is weak but good for the car or purse; the fitness coach is a joke, and I don't think the thermometer is very accurate, but the bubble leveler is ...
